DualIQ is a product of Researchador LLC (“Researchador,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how DualIQ collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application.
Information You Provide
DualIQ allows users to create and manage wrestling dual meet information, including:
- Team names
- Wrestler names
- Team rosters
- Dual meet scores and results
- Wrestler statistics
- Team statistics
- Season history
This information is provided voluntarily by the user.
How Your Information Is Used
The information you enter is used solely to provide the features of the DualIQ application, including:
- Live dual meet scoring
- Wrestler assignment
- Dual history
- Wrestler statistics
- Team dashboards
- Season analytics
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Data Storage
Currently, DualIQ stores application data primarily on your device.
Future versions of DualIQ may offer optional cloud synchronization or account-based services. If cloud storage is introduced, participation in cloud services will be optional, and this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how that information is collected, stored, and protected.
Purchases
DualIQ Pro subscriptions and other in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store.
Researchador LLC does not collect, process, or store your payment card information. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play in accordance with Google’s privacy and payment policies.
Analytics
At this time, DualIQ does not collect personal analytics or advertising identifiers for marketing purposes.
Future versions may collect anonymous usage information to improve application performance and user experience. If implemented, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Children’s Privacy
DualIQ is intended for use by coaches, team managers, and other adults responsible for managing wrestling teams.
While users may enter the names of student-athletes as part of roster management, DualIQ is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored within DualIQ. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You control the information you enter into DualIQ.
You may delete application data by removing teams, rosters, or uninstalling the application.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as DualIQ evolves. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
